I have strength trained on and off for over ten years. It has personally benefited me both mentally and physically so much I would love to share my talent with the world. I even got most all of my foster kids off of their behavioral medications using strength training and cleaning up thier diet.I am aware that it is not well known and surrounded my myths but I can help you find the truths to optimal health.
Why strength Training instead of other methods?

It is the best method for increasing bone density and stronger connective tissue, resulting in fewer injurys.

It is better than Zoloft for overcoming anxiety and depression and without the harmful side effects. If strength training was a pill, it would be the best and likely only pill on the market.

It is practical for the human body: we all squat, deadlift, push, and pull so lets learn how to do it correctly.

It combines breathing, meditation, and exercise.

I consult people to be strong mainly for health benefits, I am not a coach for bodybuilding. The above meme is 100% accurate. To get the body of the woman up top, women would need to alter there homones and likely participate in steroid use, that is not something I participate in.
